A Culinary Odyssey at Paradis Beachcomber

Paradis Beachcomber Resort & Spa, a gem of Mauritian hospitality, showcases world cuisine by collaborating with Chefs revered for their talent. Culinary experiences await at the new restaurant Zest and the completely revisited Blue Marlin!

Since November 2023, Zest has been the new go-to place for Mediterranean cuisine enthusiasts at Paradis Beachcomber. The restaurant presents itself in a super chic and modern style, warmed by terracotta and green hues, and complemented by wood and ceramics that contrast with the sea’s azure blue. With its large tables, its meal-sharing concept and cane furniture that create a cosy ambiance, Zest calls for conviviality and sharing. It has settled in Blue Marlin’s former place; this restaurant now boasting a contemporary look a short distance away.

To bring this place to life, Paradis Beachcomber has surrounded itself by gastronomy professionals tasked with bringing unique experiences to guests.

Renowned mixologist Kurt Schlechter set the stage for this new adventure! From February 6th to 13th, 2024, the director of Cause Effect Cocktail Kitchen & Cape brandy bar in South Africa animated the bars of Paradis Beachcomber & Dinarobin Beachcomber by creating bespoke cocktails. He also shared his own expertise on the menus and hosted masterclass and evenings.

French Chef Yoni Saada will be next to land in Mauritius. Known for his cuisine infused with sunshine, he will be present from February 20th to 29th, as a consultant, curating a special menu around his signature dishes.

The world tour of flavours will continue with Michelin-starred Chef Bernard Bach, who leads the Alto Restaurant at Château de la Garrigue. He will take over Blue Marlin from March 19th to 28th. The menu includes a dinner crafted around food and wine pairings and cooking classes in one of the hotel’s villas for an exclusive experience with the Chef.

From April 6th to 15th, Michelin-starred chef William Ledeuil, owner of Ze Kitchen Gallery, KGB, and Kitchen Ter(re) in Paris, will unveil all his secrets in Mauritius.

Paradis Beachcomber also stands for gastronomy.
