Digital Partnership Forms The Perfect Match For Travel Companies

A new partnership is helping travel companies of all shapes and sizes compete with the industry’s mega brands. AI-driven personalisation specialist BD4 and NetMatch, the market-leading Dutch provider of online distribution solutions, announced a partnership to develop and roll-out solutions for travel clients across Europe. 

4The partnership recently secured one of Belgium’s fastest growing travel companies, Neckermann.be, as its first joint client. Focusing initially on the travel company’s B2C services, the technology package combines anonymous users’ behavioural data with product insights to produce a sophisticated real-time recommendation engine, showcasing the perfect match of holiday products from Neckermann’s extensive range for each individual user. 

The longer each visitor spends on the website, the more refined their user experience becomes, whilst simultaneously retaining the anonymity which digital users value. As the AI continues to develop its understanding, Neckermann is reporting increases in both conversion rate from lookers to bookers, and the average booking value.
