The Mother’s Day brunch will serve delights including Smoked Salmon, Crush Avocado on Sourdough Bread; Caesar Salad; Jalapeno Corn Bread & Egg, Chorizo Crush Avocado; Berry Granola with Mixed Berries, Compote, Honey, Greek Yoghurt & Almond Flakes; and Green Juice inc Cucumber, Ginger, Celery, Apple, Spinach. Hot dishes will feature Grilled Salmon, Mango Salsa & Rice, Mango, Avocado, Tomato, Chilli, Red Onion, Lime, Coriander; Lemon Thyme Chicken, Israeli Cous Cous & Spinach; Tofu with Sweet Chilli, Mixed Green Vegetables inc Broccoli, Green Beans, Green Peas.  Desserts include Pecan Pie; Honey Cheese Cake; and Homemade Pancakes inc Maple Syrup, Whipped Cream, Nutella, Mixed Berries. 

The brunch includes a celebratory glass of Prosecco and boozy punch of Spiced Vermouth, Rosé Wine, Fresh Orange Juice & Strawberries. Note: Brunch must book in advance for mums to enjoy the soothing Neck & Shoulder Massage in The Library.  K West Hotel also has a range of luxurious Gift Vouchers available, perfect for a Mother’s Day surprise!
