Champney’s Eastwell Manor Hosts Hospitality Industry Roundtable
Industry roundtable roadshow - Hoteliers’ Voice - comes to Ashford Kent to help hoteliers and hospitality businesses tackle industry challenges
Champneys Eastwell Manor is host of the next edition of the Hospitality Roundtable Roadshow by industry podcast Hoteliers’ Voice, the premier UK podcast for hospitality professionals to share industry-led insights, on Tuesday 2 June.
Having launched the roadshow in November 2025, Hoteliers’ Voice partners with hotels and hospitality businesses the length and breadth of the UK to hold intimate roundtables to tackle challenges in the sector. James McComas, General Manager, Champneys Eastwell Manor is venue host alongside podcast host Ryan Haynes bringing regional senior hospitality leaders together to navigate the evolving landscape of modern tourism.
The half-day sessions focus on the delicate balance between cutting-edge technology and authentic human service. Participants engage in candid discussions and gain practical insights from industry consultants across technology and AI, managing spiralling costs, securing guest spend, optimising operations and keeping hospitality a people first business.
Hoteliers’ Voice roundtable roadshow is in partnership with HOSPA (the Hospitality Professionals Association) and features Hospitality Action as its official charity partner. With six confirmed dates having already visited New Forest, Cornwall, Northampton and Stratford-Upon-Avon, Kent is followed by Kensington London on 9 June.
In a unique fusion of live networking and digital media, highlights from each roundtable will be captured in live podcast recordings, recently expanded into a new video format to reach a wider audience of hoteliers and hospitality professionals. The events are made possible through the support of sponsors including (Gold) Focus on Hospitality by Focus Group, (Silver) Biteluxe, Studio Moren, and Upsell Guru.
