Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House, part of The QHotels Collection, is delighted to announce the appointment of Nathan Chart as its new General Manager
Nathan steps into the role with a distinguished 30+ year career in hospitality, marked by a unique journey from two decades in sales and commercial leadership to General Manager. His appointment signals a new era of commercial focus and strategic growth for the historic Winchester property.
With an impressive background in sales and marketing, including Director of Sales positions at major brands such as Hilton and Marriott, Nathan was also part of the opening team for the Lingfield Park Marriott & Country Club in 2010. He most recently served as General Manager at The Solent Hotel and Spa, where his track record of driving significant commercial growth and enhancing the guest experience at independent properties further demonstrates his capability.
Nathan is also well-regarded within the regional hospitality community, having chaired the Southampton Hoteliers Association for five years, during which time he launched the regional hospitality awards, now proudly in their fifth year.

Nathan’s strategy for Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House involves driving commercial uplift by focusing on new, relevant packages across weddings, corporate events, and social banqueting. He also plans to strengthen the hotel's position by actively engaging with local organisations and groups, positioning the hotel as a key regional partner.
Drawing on his experience at four and five-star properties, Nathan is committed to elevating the guest journey to further enhance the already strong experience, which is supported by recent refurbishments across the hotel.
